A large Russian manufacturing group of companies is opening a new office in Moscow due to business expansion. The company leased over 1,000 sq. m. at the Multispace Dinamo service facility located at the Arena Business Centre on Leningradsky Avenue. The office capacity is up to 200 employees.
The office of the group of companies used to be located at the Federation Tower at the City Moscow International Business Centre. Due to business expansion and a significant increase in staff, the company was looking for a new high-quality office.
The company became a Multispace Dinamo tenant on the basis of a long-term lease and will be moving to the new office as early as January, taking up half of the 13th floor and 25% of the fourth floor of the flex space. Also, the common areas of the service office, including multifunctional transformer-space for events, a business lounge, a technologically advanced corporate café, and so on are all available to the tenant.
