MIND Software, a young and actively growing Russian IT company, a software developer of data migration and improved fail-safety software families for advanced digital services, has become a new resident at the Multispace Dinamo service space. The company leased 70 residencies for its new office due to business growth. NF Group was the consultant on the deal.
The Multispace high-tech service office network has wound up year-end results for last year. Once the network opened its Multispace Dinamo flex space with a digital ecosystem last October, it not only rated in the top 10 of the largest network operators in Moscow, but demonstrated excellent sales results: against the background of vacancy as high as 35% on the flex office market as of the end of 2022 and growing supply on the secondary market, over 80% of the new flagship venue Multispace Dinamo was leased within three months of its official opening.
A large Russian manufacturing group of companies is opening a new office in Moscow due to business expansion. The company leased over 1,000 sq. m. at the Multispace Dinamo service facility located at the Arena Business Centre on Leningradsky Avenue. The office capacity is up to 200 employees.
The leader of the auditing and consulting services market Technologyii Doveriya (former PwC) has become a resident at Multispace Dinamo. In Russian experience, this is the first case when a provider of such services chose to work in flex space.
GloraX, one of the largest developer companies, has become a tenant of the Multispace Dinamo digital service space located at the Arena Business Centre on Leningradskiy Avenue. The new office of the federal developer can accommodate up to 200 employees. Remain agency was the consulant on the deal.
