The corporate catering technology cafe, which is a new format for the restaurant industry, is located on the second floor of the Multispace Dinamo service office.

Investment in this ultramodern corporate catering format exceeded RUB 80 million. IMCafe occupies 1,200 square metres and can serve more than 1,000 customers a day. The space consists of two main zones: a coffee bar for breakfasts and the corporate cafe itself, which has a dining area with 199 seats. The main target audience is the people who work in and visit the Arena Business Centre, where the Multispace Dinamo is located, as well as people from nearby offices and local residents.

First digital service for serving meals in 5 minutes

A key feature of the cafe is its integration with Inex Multispace, a mobile app designed by Multispace. Everybody who works in the business centre has full access to the app’s wide range of features, while there is a special version for visitors. The app is available to download from the App Store and Google Play. With this app, you can quickly select and order your food and pay online. You can check the latest menu, which is updated daily, and choose what you want to eat before coming to the corporate catering restaurant while, for example, sitting in your office. By ordering through the app, you can avoid queues and be sure that your food will be served within 5 minutes.

Instead of the usual service line, IMCafe has an automated service line where trays are placed with the numbers of the orders ready to go on time. You can track the status of your order on the app or on monitors in the restaurant.

“Technology makes it possible to achieve maximum preparation and delivery speed. For set menus, the time from order to service is just 5 to 7 minutes, while for à la carte restaurant dishes it’s 15 to 20 minutes. The concept behind the cafe is to allow customers to have a high-quality meal quickly and without queues in a beautifully designed space, which resolves all the main issues for corporate catering establishments”, comments Anastasia Degtyareva, Multispace Operations Director.

Chef dishes and restaurant service for 500 RUB

The architectural concept of IMCafe was developed by the well-known agency T+T Architects. Only high-quality premium materials that comply with international environmental standards and made-to-order European-brand furniture are used in the space. Great emphasis is placed on the designer’s concept of providing a green space. The cafe uses designer crockery and restaurant-style cutlery, which is unusual for corporate catering.

The current IMCafe menu includes breakfasts and a wide range of set lunches with traditional Russian and European dishes that will satisfy the demands of customers from different target audiences. The set lunch menu is updated daily. There is also an à la carte menu and freshly prepared sushi. The average bill is  350-500 RUB for set lunch and  650 RUB for à la carte dishes.
